Following are the website content writing format that you may use to write effective content for your website.


Step 1: Purpose of content


Before starting your writing job, first, you need to understand the purpose of the content and the website. It should be clear in your mind whether what type of content you are going to write? And who is your target audience?


Step 2: Research about the Audience (topic research)

3. Body of the article


Your style for the body part of the article must look like a conversation between you and your readers. It's a technique to keep engaging your readers. In this section, you have to fulfill the promise you have made to provide in this article. Use keywords throughout the article while keeping in mind the density. Use your keywords only 2-3 times in the whole article if writing 500 words content.


4. Conclusion


Finally, you have to sum up your article by writing the final thought on the particular topic. Don't forget to ask for their feedback on your Audience.
